Cut a Rock upgrades are Rock Cutter levels, Pocket carry slots, Eyesight, and pickaxe spends at the Hub stalls. This Cut a Rock upgrade order is a dated recap for the first ~$31.5K: Cutter 2 $2.5K → Eyesight 3 $7K → Pocket 3 $10K → Iron Pickaxe $12K. Live prices move — every dollar figure here is Unverified. Three counters, not one shop app. Rock Cutter upgrades are bought on the machine itself on your Plot. Pocket and Eyesight sit at the Upgrade stall in the Hub. Pickaxes sit at the Pickaxes stall. F to Spawn when you need the Hub; Q home when you need the Cutter.
| Upgrade | Where you buy it | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Rock Cutter | Interact with the Plot machine | Cut time per rarity |
| Upgrade stall | How many rocks per Mine trip | |
| Eyesight | Upgrade stall | How much you know before pickup |
| Pickaxe | Pickaxes stall | Power multiplier for floors |
Upgrade stalls do not print money. Cut, collect, E sell, then walk the Cash back. Ticket numbers on the map are a short extra with about a five-minute expiry — codes — and they are not a reason to Robux-skip Cutter 2.
Use this as the default Cash path until a patch changes stall labels. It is a public recap, not a live API dump. Re-read the stall before you confirm a million-scale pickaxe.
| Priority | Buy | Cost | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Rock Cutter Lv2 | $2.5K | Uncommon 30s → 6s |
| 2 | Eyesight Lv3 | $7K | Fewer wasted Pocket slots |
| 3 | Pocket Lv3 | $10K | One extra rock per trip |
| 4 | Iron Pickaxe | $12K | First Cash Power spike |
| 5 | Rock Cutter Lv3 | $20K | Throughput again — time TBA |
| 6 | Golden Pickaxe | $46K | Next Power rung |
Pocket Level 3 adds a slot. Eyesight Level 3 adds information. One extra Common is worth less than swapping that Common for an Uncommon you can now identify. Once you already skip Commons on purpose, Pocket 3 then Pocket 4 ($100K dated) start to pay.
Iron is x1.1K Power versus Stone x20 and Copper x150 (dated). That jump matters for floors past Room 1. It does not shorten Cutter time. Buy it when Uncommons already process in seconds, not as a substitute for Cutter 2. Ladder: pickaxes.
Cutter Level 1 is a tutorial bottleneck. Dated recap: Uncommon 30 seconds, Common much faster. Level 2: Uncommon 6 seconds, Common about 1 second. You fund the $2.5K from Room 1 Uncommons — you do not need a new floor to afford it.

| Level | Dated cost | Dated effect |
|---|---|---|
| 1 (start) | — | Uncommon ~30s |
| 2 | $2.5K | Uncommon ~6s · Common ~1s |
| 3 | $20K | Time TBA |
Every Uncommon you cut before Level 2 donates twenty-four extra seconds to the machine. Two Uncommons is already most of a Room 1 walk. Ten Uncommons is four minutes of staring. Cutter 2 is the cheapest way to stop that. Level 3’s exact times were not in the recap — do not invent them.
After Level 2, six seconds is still long enough to Sell a previous stack or tap the Anvil. It is no longer long enough to justify AFK-watching the bar. Offline cutting is official, so leaving a queue when you log off is part of the upgrade, not a separate system. Power overlap: Power.
Both are Hub stall stats. Recaps: Pocket increases backpack / carry count; Eyesight reveals more about the drop before pickup. Session copy sometimes says Eyesight shows the “core” inside — treat that as material preview. Buy Eyesight 3 ($7K) first on the dated list, then Pocket 3 ($10K).

| Stat | Dated rung | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eyesight | 2 → 3 | $7K | +1 Sight |
| Eyesight | 3 → 4 | $49K | +1 Sight |
| 2 → 3 | $10K | +1 carry slot | |
| 3 → 4 | $100K | +1 carry slot |
$49K is Golden-adjacent money. Spend it after Cutter 3 unless you are hunting a specific Index gap. Index set fractions and auras: Index guide. Room 1 rates and named drops: materials.
Iron Pickaxe is the first dated Cash pickaxe target at $12K / 80 Robux, x1.1K Power. Golden is $46K / 92 Robux, x7.8K. Golden before Cutter 2 is the expensive way to still wait 30 seconds. Golden before Cutter 3 is usually just impatience unless a floor literally will not break.
| Pickaxe | Power | Cash | Robux |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stone | x20 | — | — |
| Copper | x150 | — | — |
| Iron | x1.1K | $12K | 80 |
| Golden | x7.8K | $46K | 92 |
| Emerald | x57K | $180K | 106 |
Public tables mark Amethyst, Void Rift, and Lunar Judgment as Cash-only. That does not affect hour one, but it is why you should not empty Robux on Golden if a later Cash-only wall is coming. Confirm the live stall — 33 named rungs from Stone to Infinity Reign in the recap. Full list: pickaxes.
Deeper floors drop rarer rocks that take longer to cut. A Golden pickaxe that feeds a Level 1 Cutter just builds a longer queue. Keep Cutter one step ahead of the rarity you are actually carrying home. Floor formula TBA — train Anvil anyway.
Next dated Cash: Cutter Level 3 $20K, then Golden $46K. After that the recap jumps to Emerald $180K and Pocket 4 $100K. Pick the bottleneck you feel: still waiting on the machine → Cutter; still Q-warping with known Uncommons → Pocket; still bouncing off a floor → pickaxe + Anvil.
First-time cuts show New material! and a set fraction such as 2/5. Completing sets unlocks auras per the official listing. Session recaps also claim permanent Cash multipliers per rarity set — treat multiplier numbers as Unverified, treat Index completion as real. Chase missing Uncommons on purpose once Cutter 2 is owned.
Third-party recaps: Like, Favorite, join Duality Works → 2x AFK Speed and 2x Power Buff. Claim those before you spend Robux on Iron. Offline cutting still runs without the board; the board is a multiplier, not the unlock. No official Discord exists to ping for restocks — group wall only.
If this page is your first tab, go back and actually cut an Uncommon before you shop Golden. First-session keys and Room 1 rates: beginner guide.
Most wasted Cash is a sequence error, not a wrong stall.
| Mistake | Fix |
|---|---|
| Golden or Emerald before Cutter 2 | Buy the $2.5K machine level |
| Pocket 4 ($100K) before Eyesight 3 | Information first unless slots are the only leak |
| Robux Iron while Uncommons sit 30s | Cutter 2 is cheaper in both currencies |
| Shopping Hub only | Cutter levels are on the Plot machine |
| Trusting a week-old screenshot | Re-read live stall; prices drift |
| Cut a Gem upgrade tables | Place 113742027864370 only |
| Skipping Sell | E sell before you browse |
| Ignoring Index ticks | Index — auras are listing-official |
Public pickaxe Cash hits $5.7Sp on Infinity Reign. A transposed row from another week is an account-breaking click. This page stops being authoritative the moment your stall disagrees — screenshot your stall, not ours.
Dated recap: Cutter 2 $2.5K, Eyesight 3 $7K, Pocket 3 $10K, Iron $12K, then Cutter 3 $20K and Golden $46K. Unverified live prices.
Cutter Level 2 first. Uncommon cut time is the early bottleneck. Iron is the first Cash pickaxe after that.
A few Uncommon sells cover the $31.5K block in recaps. Save Robux for later rungs or Cash-only pickaxes.
Upgrade stall in the Hub. Cutter levels are on the Plot machine. Pickaxes have their own stall.
Dated $20K. Exact cut times after Level 2 are TBA.
No. Different Place. Do not import Gem upgrade costs.
